Whereby traditional methods have a set number or categories and fields that can be selected to ‘segment’ the database, EO can accurately search on any words/skills/capabilities with any combination, to ensure the closest matched candidates are reached for the role. This allows us to only target relevant candidates and takes the immensity out of reviewing unqualified responses.
We match a target list of candidates to the client brief and the software then directly contacts them to see if they are interested in the role. The responses are vetted and passed onto the client for review and interviews.

- To register with Executives Online a candidate needs a minimum of 5-7 years industry experience.
- The Talent Bank is fed through a global network of offices.
- Candidates are ‘qualified’ before registration in the database is allowed.
