What makes us different?
Following many years of experience we have developed our own implementation methodology called VESPA. This unique methodology provides a mode of working which can be overlaid onto an existing project management methodology (PRINCE2, ASAP etc) or used on it’s own.
ComOps ensures that you are ‘kept in the loop’ at all project stages. Full project planning, weekly traffic light reports and visible escalation points ensure that both you and ComOps project staff are aware of project progress.
